Walter‘s is committed to QUALITY! To us, this means only accepting the choicest caught fresh fish, inspected and delivered on-site within hours of its' capture.
In addition to this fresh-caught Lake Michigan fish, we also feature Alaskan Salmon from cold Pacific waters that are properly prepared and packaged, then shipped to our sub-zero holding facility until they are needed.
Walter’s Fisheries is state inspected and is HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Certified.
